We begin with a Yoga & Meditation based on activating the vagus nerve, along with self massage techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system using specially blended Ayurvedic essential oils.
We will then drift into the cafe which we will have ALL to ourselves for a nourishing and delicious plant based pre and probiotic lunch & talk led by nutritional therapist Vanessa Jaich discussing ways to prepare the body and mind for the changing of the seasons.
