Which Class is for Me?

There are so many different styles of yoga out there, each with different characteristics and benefits. We suggest that you try our intro offer so you can try as many different styles as you can to find a class that suit your needs best.

Please see below some brief descriptions which we hope will help you decide which class to try first :)

  • Usually set to music, this style of yoga is intended to bring students into a state of flow by linking the movements with slow and steady breath. This class is great if you have a busy mind, and like to build up a good sweat! All abilities welcome.

  • A mix of vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga & finished off with deep relaxation and singing bowls.

  • Steady paced, longer held postures with a strong focus on postural alignment. No music. All abilities welcome.

  • Tai Chi classes are booked directly through Tamar

  • Vinyasa Flow but with the addition of weights and resistance bands to bring strength, stability and deeper body awareness. Set to music, all abilities welcome.

  • This class is designed to build strength and improve posture through core focussed repetitive movements. Set to music, all abilities welcome.
